Vista Ultimate 64-bit SLI Issues

I just got and installed Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit on a second partition of my RAID 0 setup and I'm having visual issues with games when I have SLI enabled. When I enable SLI, the colors are all messed up when I play any game that I have. Kind of like watching TV on an old broken tube TV. Static lines going up and down the screen, tons of colors like aqua blue, florecent green, neon yellow and hot pink take up the entire screen ruining the visuals completely. But when I disable SLI, my visuals in my games couldn't be much more perfect.

I have Windows XP Pro 32-bit installed on the other partition, and I had no issues at all with my games with SLI enabled. I decided to get Vista Ultimate 64-bit strictly for gaming purposes, and it's just really bugging me that I have this issue when I enable SLI. Other than my games looking messed up, when I have SLI enabled on Vista, everything is all good. Is there any way to fix this issue? I also have the latest nVidia drivers installed.

I've had nothing but bad luck with Vista x64 and multi-card, while others seem to have little trouble.

Sorry for the unhelpful post, but at least it may make you feel better that others share your misery.

Maybe roll back to an older driver? Or, if you are using the WHQL drivers, try the newest beta instead.

I've tried the 185.81 Beta and I still had this issue. Even tried drivers as old as 180.60 and still the same thing.

My dad is running SLI on Vista x64 and Windows 7 x64 with his 8800 GTS 640s with no problems.

I was going to say try the 182.50 driver, but I see you have tried different drivers.

Does it happen in all games? Any chance of a screenshot?

it could be that your board doesnt like vista 64 but my sli in vista 64 is perfect have you got all the latestmotherboard drivers and bois updates, or could eben be your sli bridge

Just tried taking a screenshot, it shows up perfectly clear and doesn't show what I'm seeing.

I have a spare SLI bridge laying around, I'll go find it and give it a try. But if I wasn't having this issue with Win XP 32-bit, why would I with Win Vista 64-bit?

like i said it could be that your board doesnt like 64 bit its suggest tryin a bios update and the bridge or possible both because lookin at ur specs its should be fine on 64 bit

Well, I think I fixed the issue. I just placed my SLI bridge on to the next set of connectors on my video cards and that seemed to fix the problem. Picture is as clear as it can be on my games now.
