24 Horus has allways been the standared for stess testing a stable overclock.

Just start it the night before you go to sleep, then when you get up and go to school/work its usually pretty close to 24 hours. If it passes that its time to turn it up some more :D:nutkick:

this is linpack.. not prime or OCCT.

usually 10 passes with at least 50% memory utilization or more is fine... as long as all 10 passes are the same value at the end.

the concept of stability is kinda overraited.. What does it mean to be stable? when do you think your computer will actually be using 100% utilization non stop for hours and hours...

Some people dont even stress test.. they throw a 3dmark and if it runs fine, thats stable enough for them.

In all honestly, you define your own stability.. not the person next to you or above you.

Agreed. I am 3.6 linpack stable, but 3.9 gaming stable :p Gaming stable is what matters to me...but for forum posts, you better be linpack stable or trash talking will begin. :nutkick:
