Heh, ok so the title maybe a little overboard, but I have noticed a TON of i7 owners around here that claim that their STOCK i7 is running at insane temps. My i7 temp is very reasonable, something like ~90F idle, and 130F load. Not bad at all considering that's about what all my computer's temps are.
I have a feeling a lot of these reports come from people either not putting their heatsink on quite right, or have poor case ventilation, especially since I have a small HSF, and I still have great temps.
I would like to see what other peoples stock temps are, so let's start a database...
