I know at least of a dozen friends that have made at least one purchase from there w/o issue, which I feel is a very good thing. That along with my time of contacting EA, the site owner, and doing a ton of research...I don't want to be a part of something shady or share it with my fellow TPU'ers. I work damn hard for my money, and I love to game, so if I can save some cash and still get the game, and keep it all legit, I'll do it. I was extremely hesitant of this place at first and the staff there must've been sick of my questions.
Do keep on the lookout for a forum to pop up there for situations like SirJangley's, they want to know the situation and resolve it. I've been extremely impressed with the customer service thus far, and the amount of money I saved by going with digital distribution keys, no extra boxes or discs, just the damn game I wanna play! I have purchased a boxed game before and had the same thing, because like stated earlier some will find that key using a keygen, it does happen and it really sucks when it does.
I definately recommend them for anyone looking to get a good game at a very decent budget price, though I do tend to stick to EA Downloader or Steam only unless I have a friend that has install discs for a different game, personally I'd rather have it on digital distribution anymore. I've purchased BF2 Complete, Fallout 3 (already purchased hardcopy once, gave my fiance the key, I finally wanted one...was way cheaper to go this route than another $50 copy), Burnout Paradise X 3 (1 for me, one for my nephew, one for a good buddy), CoD4 (for a friend's b-day), and I know there's at least one more...but I can't place it atm. Their library is growing with some quality titles, between them and GoG.com I'm set with some great new games and some excellent classics for a very reasonable price.
