Umm. Bit of a problem here.

Bought myself a nice new XFX Radeon 4870, played a bit with the bios attempted a flash but a powercut curtailed my efforts. That also corrupted the raid array I was working with it on losing the backup I made of the bios file (really bad day).

Long story short I need a bios file. Specifically the one for product serial HD-487A-ZHDC from XFX. Bit of luck and a force bios flash I could get it up and running.
Have had no luck looking through the net and the VGA bios collection here doesn't have it. Only the HD-487A-ZDDC, and that one didn't work.

If anyone out there can help I'd much appreciate it.

Thanks.

I've been using 64bit Windows 7 too. Not got any OC on the CPU or RAM yet. Been working on getting the card going first.

The reason I was flashing it in the first place was because the fan kept ramping up to 100% at low loads and then only slowing down when it got hotter. Was very weird. Seems to be behaving itself now though.

Gonna have a play OCing today and see what I can get out of it. :-D
