DESCRIPTION, PLEASE READ:
Only two mounts on the fan is left. The first fin is loose and can be removed by hand, but will not fall off. Small nick on the heatsink and a "marked" spot on the heatsink because of mounting to an unlapped CPU (shown in picture 3).
