The 275 is better (although probably more expensive, no?). How many amps on your 12v rails? Look at the sticker on your Power Supply. The video card manufactures tell you how many amps a certain card needs.

The 275 is a little better but not a great amount in it, both are decent cards, I would suggest, if you can get the 260 for a few $ less then go for that.

Thats looks like a max 45Amp on the 12v line, the GTX275 consumes on average about 30W more at full load than the GTX216 216SP but thats the reference one, the Black edition will make the consumption around the same, on W1zzards review of both cards, his full system draw (with an i7 920 @ 3.8gig) was around 330W at load so my advice would be to go for either on a power consumption basis....... you should JUST be OK with that PSU but you wont have a lot of room to play with....... I am not sure on ther quality of that PSU unit though so there may be an element of risk involved.

If you can afford therefore the GTX275 I would probably recommend that as it is on average around 8-10% quicker.

For the XFX GTX 260 Black: (according to Newegg)

"Minimum power supply requirement: 630 Watt with two 6-pin PCI-E connectors"

For the XFX GTX 275: (according to XFX.com)

"POWER SUPPLY ADVISORY
NVIDIA MINIMUM POWER SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 550W or greater system power supply (with a 12V current rating of 40A)
* Two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors
XFX RECOMMENDED POWER SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
* Non-SLI: 630Watt or greater
* SLI: 680Watt or greater

I agree with Tatty and you will probably be alright. If you experience any kind of problems you are probably going to want to replace that power supply with something with a little more power/quality.
