1) micro-ATX or mini-ITX LGA775 or AM2(+)/AM3 motherboard w/ at least 1 x PCI-Ex16 2.0 slot and 2 DDR2-800++ slots
2) Intel or AMD dual-core CPU(preferably 45-65W)
3) 2x2GB DDR2-800 sticks
4) Good 400-500W modular PSU
5) mid/low end single-slot VGA

Thats my first rig, that reached 20K+ in 3DMark'06.
I love it, but with my 50-60 hour/week working schedule i just don't have time to use it.
All hardware is tested and fully functional.

Very good CPU. Does 4GHz w/ HT enabled on air(100% stable for benchmarks).
I've never set voltage higher than 1.425V
I know it can do a lot more, but i just don't have time for benching.
