ok no more payment s for a few days... paypal has limited my account and says that since I took so many payments in such a small period of time that its, 'High Risk'

basically they are holding my money at ransom... they have stopped my payments to other members... dont worry if you paid me I will make sure you get your items as we agreed...

Thanks for posting that smashed. People get concerned at the first sign of trouble with a seller who offers a lot of items at low prices, so the full disclosure and transparency was a good idea.

you need to go threw all steps again to fix it. go to the resolve center. it will do the deposit money in your bank account thing or something like that. I didnt have mine tied to a bank account so they had to mail me a secret code in the mail. then I had to put the code in.

I am screwed till they lift this... I cant afford to ship items ...

I am going to try to get them to lift the restriction... if they dont I will just have to try to get them to issue refunds to all the buyers

paypal wont even allow me to issue refunds to my buyers... WTF do I do?

i did all that... the only thing left to do is an Social Security Number... they are saying that its already in use... which makes no sense at all ! cause my wife doesnt have a paypal account thats why she started one up

So what do they require to lift the restriction? I remember it was a phone call to my home phone number + a credit card for verification. How many payments have you received so far? From the list of sold item, you have 3 payments, hardly suspicious.

I sold about 5 items... some small some large...

this is messed up

could it be because my wife's name has changed and doesnt match the Social security number they have on file?
