Any good web layout/graphics artists out there?

I was thinking that the site could use a design makeover. Anybody here good with web graphics and layouting? No PHP programming skill needed, basic HTML would be nice but I can do with just a PSD supplied.

You want $$? If you are good, we can talk about that.

I'd apply for the part, but I know there are much better people here at Photoshop than I am. We could make a contest like we did with the ATITool logo.
