Moh beta on steam

i played it for about 10 minutes, got ticked off with the game and not being able to set my resolution to what its suppose to give me, it gave me one option 1024x768 im like REALLY! and i have a widescreen HD screen that runs at 1920x1020, i was not impressed, theg ame itself feels ok...nothing amazing multi feels like it was just tacked on, i know there is already a thread for this, and it wasnt mentioned in there that it was on steam. and most of you should have it in your uninstalled game list, just look for it

Select the resolution and hit enter. It will then give you this list. However, this game uses the same spawn format as MW2. /uninstall.

I started playing the Beta just yesterday when I just saw it there and was like "oh kool"

I like its like a hybrid of COD and BFBC2.

I too got really pissed with the res setting too. Had to ask someone.

Just hit the edit button on the bottom right next to the back I believe and you will be able to select the res you want.

I hate this game. It tries too hard to be CoD and isn't even as good as BC2. I'll save my money and buy the MW2 map packs instead. Honestly, it reminds me of a map pack for BC2. Nothing special.

I played about 30 min earlier and Aphex hit the nail on the head, it's an exact mix of BC2 and MW2. I even noticed a lot of the sounds were straight from BC2. I personally didn't think it was horrible, though the two maps they give got old after only 30 min. But I've got super ADD when it comes to vidya games so you can't expect much more from me. The landscapes and graphics in general look very nice, a little better than BC2. I took some shots, I'll sift through them and post em in the screenshot thread in a min.

Well I enjoyed it. I have two issues.

1. Sound. BC2 guns have much more beef.
2. I cant config the damn controls how I want them. You have to use the LMB to zoom and nothing more. Sucks because I use that button to back up.

Played about 1hr half last night, I actually enjoyed it quite abit, not because I was owning noobs and coming first most of the time but it was just fun, the game has absolutely no recoil what so ever but meh, and the game feels like BC2 & MW2

THANK GOD for Freezone, all my steam downloads are unmetered glad I didn't end up wasting it on trying this game out. Uninstalling.........................NOW

Yeah, the beta randomly showed up in my library so I downloaded it. Played it for 40 minutes and got bored. As previously stated, it's a hybrid of BC2 and MW2. I didn't enjoy either game... so I didn't enjoy this... pretty simple. Not sure why DICE didn't try something different, but really what could they have done? A PC game in this genre is all about the multi player, and it seems that MW2 set the standard for that specific Modern Combat FPS gameplay; so everything is going to seem compared to it.. Even though MoH uses perks and similar class and weapon arrangement.

I didn't enjoy it, I did for like 10 minutes and then it just seemed too familiar and overplayed so I stopped and uninstalled.

Terribly disappointed because from the E3 trailer it looked pretty fun. Unfortunately, I won't be buying this.

I actually liked the game, but most likely won't get it since I have BFBC2 and it costs $60.

cool bro. Yeah I like it too, I will probably buy it but not pre-purchase it, wait till October which should give enough time to get to lvl 50 in BC2

So this isn't joke, or fraud? Do you guys have your steam accounts ok? I was stunned by finding MOH in my game list in steam community, because, I didn't bought it yet. I haven't pre-purchased it, by reason of money absence, and I don't wanna get in another adware cash-trap like BC2. I'm asking, because my friend has me reported of steam account stealing by such way of "new free content for downloading". Guys were downloaded new content, and lost their accounts forever. Something like some spy program, that contains in that "steam content", being loaded to RAM, and got all their steam info, account name, login and password, and this is terrible to be fair. I don't wanna lost my account because of some mistake of valve, or spyware hacker, sitting and stealing accounts.
Excuse me for trolling, but I need to be 152% sure, that this is OK, with free MOH beta in steam.

I have been playing BFBC2 lately and have been loving it. I installed the MOH beta the other day and deleted it after 10 minutes. I felt like it was that bad.
