ASRock K10N78FullHD-hSLI
Amd Athlon II X4 620 2.6ghz (stock)
2gb ddr2 ram
GTS 250 Dark Edition 512mb
PSU didin`t found the name of it it is 500W
Screen is 1280x1024 Syncmaster 710n.

Also i`m not going to buy better parts or something NO INVESTMENT!!!!!

It is summer so mostly it is ~20C outside in room it is maybe 25C when there are some winds it cools down.I asked few friends they said after the weather is colder i could easily go to 3.0GHz and if i want maybe little more.
What you think?

Given temps are normal you could probably get 3.2Ghz(245*13), though your Mobo might limit you a bit.
What is the speed of your Memory?

Hi there, welcome! Anyways, are these all you've got? I mean are you on the stock cooler? Like the others have said, you gotta tell your load temps, otherwise there's no way we can help you. Anyways, how much will all depend on the way you do it, also luck, cause not all the chips have the same ceiling. Just try to stay in the temp safe zones and you'll be ok. It would help better if you had an aftermarket cooler though, cause your main worry will surely be temps and the rest of your rig. (And also like timothy said, if your board allows you, that is)

The temps are pretty high, are you using stock heatsink+stock thermal pad?
If you could try cleaning it out and put decent TIM on it.

BTW, the 12v reading on you PSU looks really bad if its true, check it if possible.

After you clean out the TIM/ reinstall HSF, you could try raising the Bclk to 230Mhz and see if it boots, then run IntelBurn Test or something to see if its stable it it does boot.

Based on your temperatures, overclocking is currently not an option for you. For AMD, temperatures directly affect stability.

I cleaned me pc everything is ready for oc but amd overdrive says they can`t find amd 7 chipset.
So i should overlock through bios or how?

Always OC in the BIOS, software OCs are HORIIBLE.

Pretty much what Timonthy said.

Superklass, I ask you, what CPU cooler are you using? Your temps are quite high as is, and a OC might put you in the "danger zone" so to speak.

You realize that your CPU got up to 66*C before your overclock, right?

Also, I doubt it's the motherboard, have you added more voltage? (I have a ASRock Mobo and I'm at 3.01 Ghz with my X2...)

Seriously Superklass, what CPU cooler do you have? If it's the stock one you are risking your hardware. Honestly with the way your temps were before your OC they were far to high for my liking. I'm pretty much waiting for you to post back here saying your computer no longer functions.

SUPERKLASSS

IF YOU DO NOT LISTEN YOU SHOULD JUST STOP POSTING.

Were telling you that basically your processor runs to hot for you to overclock, because unless you want to damage your quad core processor meaning: NO MORE quad core processor then just stop whatever your doing.

Unless you have one of those ^^^^ Or better, you shouldn't be over clocking right now.

You need to read on over-clocking before you even try anything sir.

You need to learn about safe exact temputers and how to adjust clocks on the processor, because from what i can tell you have no experience because your using software to overclock :shadedshu

1)Take it from us at TPU: I want you to go Google "How to overclock your Athlon II X2" and get to reading.

2)Read it again

3)Then save the link so if you forget something dont estimate IT AND BE LIKE OMG 2.8GHZorz then Hit 3.0-3.2 Not following anything safe and wonder why your computer wont turn on.

So just listen dude.

People i told you me pc after cleaning cpu don`t go more then 40 if stressed not more then 55 so i overlocked to 2.8 temperatures were ok
done some tests went for 3.0 and then half of day i couldn`t get me pc the monitor light was flashing but nothing happens now i got it live done default 2.6Ghz so i`m going to overlock again ONLY after i got many words that is safe to overlock to it and way exactly to do it.
Me cooler is not like so i think it is stock.
Also i done some researching how much people overlock it just watch
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjmzRzHvD48
I think i can`t go to 3.0 couse of mother board.

Once again.

Your not reading right
Your screenshot says you loaded at 66C NOT 55C SIR.
Also
1)You have to know safe requirement voltages, monitor temps
2)adjust ram speeds and timings
3)chip-set voltages
4)ram multiplier clamps
5)CPU Multiplier's
6)CPU voltage
7)RAM voltage
8)Compatibility
8)all down-clocking power saving instructions disabled
9)Stability in windows VIA Stress test
10) The Right cooling

And you just arnt even trying to research how to OVERCLOCK

Listen research it, there are pages and pages to read but if you dont read them then your not going to know how to hit 3.0Ghz stability.

Temperatures are BEFORE CLEANING.
Still thanks for help going to do some research but how much you think would it be hard to get to 3.0GHz?
