Hey guys,
I'm the proud owner of a brand new Alienware M11xR2... but I came to find out, the sweetass Optimus technology that SHOULD just be a (fn+f key) is almost Apple-styled and nowhere to be found, letting the software do ALL the work and leaving the user to 'trust' it's decisions. Apparently it's just a kind of glitch with Dell's drivers, but does anyone know of a fix where I have the direct power to easily switch between the IGP and the GT335? That was the biggest feature of Optimus when it was being released, and now it seems that's a lie. Thanks to anyone with any knowledge or input on this.
