That aside, the Xbox360 controller due to it being easily compatible with a PC. Unless of course, your hands like the feel of a PS3/PS2 controller better.

If you prefer a gamepad to a keyboard and mouse I hear that the XBOX 360 controller is pretty splendid for FPS games. I'm pretty sure you can hook it up with a bluetooth adapter, but I've never tried it.

In my experience nothing beats the indomitable speed of a mouse and keyboard. Sure it may take longer to master, but in the end you will be "GODLIKE".

Kb&m, I used to be a console player, but after playing games like CS:S, halo, ad a few others years ago i finally had enough of being pwned by those using a KB/M and gave in. It takes time to get good, but when you do there is nothing better. A friend even tried CS:S with a 360 controller against me, and he is a awesome player, he died so hard he had to get two bots on his time just to match me with a KB/M.

The 360 pad works for most games, but the dpad is kind of lacking, so if you're big on, say, Street Fighter, it might get on your nerves. I have a couple PS2 controller to USB adapters that I like.

I'm pretty sure you can hook it up with a bluetooth adapter, but I've never tried it.

360 controllers aren't bluetooth. They're a custom RF and the only way to use a wireless 360 controller on a PC is to buy Microsoft's specific receiver. Wired 360 controllers work fine, though. Some games even map the buttons for you.

Stuff like lost planet i use the 360 controller but anything where i can actually aim accurately
i prefer the MKB.
I use a razer deathadder with the no drift control firmware, accurate as hell and if i have to melee its bound to the large lower side button which is easy to reach for a quick knife to the back.

Very easy to pragram to emulate a keyboard and mouse. Sit back several feet from your monitor and enjoy. I find it generally very accurate in shooting capability. I use the right thumbstick for aiming and the left for movement. It works real well.

You have to buy an RF Adapter for the wireless 360 controller. The wired ones just need drivers.
