Don't know a whole lot about Memory Timings.

Is that good or bad? Lower better? or Higher better?

Find out what your RAM is supposed to be running at. Look it up on the manufacturer's website. Currently 6 5-5-14 doesn't make much sense.

That's just what your motherboard seems to set it at by default. As I said in my previous post, before you go any further it's good to find out what your memory is supposed to be running at by looking it up. What is the model # of your RAM.

Yeah. Model is HP2-6400.

Don't know if it's Blackline. My RAM is blue plated.

It's a 2x2GB Kit.
