You should try an online power supply calculator. I used the NewEgg one and it put the your systems power consumption at 273W which is way to close the the max that your PSU can supply. You should try and get an Antec or Corsair 400W-500W PSU.

I agree with the advice of a new PSU, the older 300w one has probably degraded and is most likely not that efficient anyway, and if that calculator is anything to go by and we say your system will at least draw say 220w+, I wouldn't do it.

Grab any brand name PSU (corsair, enermax, thermaltake, antec, zalman, etc) that is 400w+ and you'll be fine, they should be quite cheap.

i'm planing to play older game, because when 9800pro out i don't have the chance to buy it, and when i saw one for sale, i just buy it. so i ended buying whole retro PC. but the problem is i don't hace any money left.

Hi, it's good idea to buy a retro PC

some will think that's not good idea, but you'll need it some day,

and that retro PC will be your precious PC,

but for playing older games, it's a machine ;))

It's fine. No problem at all. I run almost those exact specs at work with a sub-300 watt PSU.

so far south you wouldn't understand
newer psu's will have trouble powering that since the older psu's had a heavier 5v and 3v rail then the newer specs higher 12v rails but if worst comes to worst the zippy emacs 300 watts will be perfect
