Agp Motherboard + Cpu Help

Motherboard MSI K8N NEO2 PLATINUM
Memory 2X256 TWINMOS (333DDR), 1X512 KINGSTON (400 DDR)
Video Card(s) ATI X850 PRO (UNLOCKED 16 PIPELINES)
Storage SAMSUNG EIDE 80GB, WD SATA 250 GB
Display(s) VIEWSONIC 19" CRT
Audio Device(s) CREATIVE X-FI
Power Supply CHANNEL 400 WATTS
Software WINDOWS XP MEDIA CENTER EDITION
Recently I bought an x850pro agp and unlocked it full 16 piplines. Now as the luck would have it, my motherboard broke down. Can somebody please help me find a good motherboard + cpu combination.

Limitations:
Agp Slot
DDR Ram
200$ budget

How does the following three cpu's look to you:

setup 1:
amd opteron 144
msi k8n neo2

setup 2:
amd 3800++
msi k8n neo2

setup 3:
core2duo e6300
asrock 775

Also, I would welcome any other setup suggestion specially ones using intel setups. One last thing can i overclock opteron with the following components.

1. ati x850 pro,
2. hauppauge 500 tv tuner,
3. creative x-fi,
4. 400W power supply
5. and 2x256 generic ddr 333 ram, 512 mb kingston value 400 ram.

Your plan looks good, and if you need a hot one of a kind motherboard, I have a Brand New ASrock Conroe865PE for sale. I just installed one of these motherboards with an X850XTPE and a P4 571 CPU. I'm using my 2GB of HyperX DDR memory and the MoBo supports all the way up to QX6700 CPU!

That opty is nice, if you do the MSI K8N Neo2, Id go with the platinum, which is currently my mainboard. Or, you could look for a better Mobo, that has an AGP slot. Im not sure, but I Think there may be an nForce 4 MOBO that has AGP. Ill have to check. HERE. This has a PCIe x16 slot, normal pci slots and an XGP Slot which will support an AGP Video Card. So, in case you want to upgrade in the future, it wont be a problem.

a warning though. the xgp slot is simmaler to agp, but not the same. be careful. only certain video chipsets are compatible with it.
