I'll be pulling the cpu, board, and ram out of my server in a low-power upgrade next week. Thats an Athlon 64 X2 3800 manchester, A8N-SLI Premium, and 2gb gskill DDR500. Think you might be interested in the lot, or just looking for opterons?

the replacement parts should be arriving by Wednesday, so I'll pull it all then and confirm it all, but I do know the ram details as it was reviewed here at TPU. This is the same model kit, same ICs, and I had similar results with my tweaking.

Based on a pic I took while building the system, it is a Manchester E4 code, core LDBFE, date 0621, but I cant make out the stepping in the image. It appears to be GPMW, but I honestly cant tell from the picture. All I ever ran was 2.5ghz, 1:1 with the memory.

and im not just too lazy to go look, normally id be happy to rip it apart lol. But im still recovering from an operation and the server feeds my HTPC, which has been my only source of entertainment for the last 8 days
