All my add-ons work. Looks bad with the bookmarks toolbar. Tabs on bottom without the bookmarks seems to be what it was designed for, gives you full transparency.

I am glad they finally built in all those fancy glass addons into the actual program. I don't like the way the tabs are on top, so I switched that straight away. Anyone else do this?

I've been using chrome for a loooooooong time but I really REALLY like Firefox 4.
This pin-tab thing is great. I use it for Facebook, Email and something I'm tracking on Purolator.ca
I really like the interface too. It's much MUCH sleeker than 3.6 and even more so than Chrome in my opinion.
