I just got back today 2 Brand New in the Box HD5770 video cards ! HOLY YES !!!!!

I am very very happy with the service and the time it too was nothing that I was expecting at all . If any one has any doubt about XFX video cards or the service they offer THINK AGAIN ( I know not all will agree ) But take it from me I could not be happier NOT AT ALL !

I was scared I was thinking I told them just what happened to my cards and they are going to reject my RMA and send me back the broken old cards ! BUT NO WAY THIS IS GREAT !

HD5770's back in and in crossfire !!!
I love XFX ! I MEAN I LOVE XFX !

See? This is why great customer service is key to making your company successful. This one guy out of however many thousands who bought 5770s will now shout from the rooftop how awesome XFX is for many years. He'll probably stick with XFX cards for a long time to come as well! You gotta treat people right and they'll do right by you :rockout:

Yes you are correct . I will for a long time buy XFX video cards for this one reason . And it only took 2 weeks ! I mean man that is the fastest turn-around time I have ever seen ! EVER ! What a great company and what great customer service ! Just fantastic !

Congrats! I purchased the XFX 5870 for the warrantee and it def paid for itself. Turn around time for me was about 3 weeks, but got a card that was just as OC'able as the original.

I bought some wb for the 2 cards that were supposed to fit , well they did not fit and messed up the cards . I still have the wb's at a price of over one hundred dollars they may work on some thing some day . but I do not know what happened exactly , XFX does and sent me 2 new cards any way ! yes I told them this !

Hey, glad for you, trickson. :toast:

Good service is really important, as can be demonstrated by your situation.

Now, think about it, you explained how the cards got damaged and they could have simply said the warranty was void. But, by taking the hit and keeping you happy and others like you, how many extra sales are they making it up with?

Yup, XFX now has a higher priority on my shopping list than the rest.

I took that one back and well got a 5670 2Gb card . It was cheaper and worked just a good . But I do not know what I am going to do with it or the 2 WB's I have . I need a new water pump and was thinking maybe I could trade them for one ?

This is why (Exactly stated before) Why great customer service will make your Buisnes prosper! With out it you can have the coolest looking product in the world but it won't mean jack if you don't stand by your product! WTG I am happy for you!!!

That's a description of Samsung. Awesome hardware, pathetic software and tech support.
It's strange to me that they still don't get it. Opposed to some other companies that are well known for great products and brilliant support on all ends. XFX is apparently one of them.

One thing is for sure XFX has a life time customer in me for sure . There Video cards are solid ( If you don't change things on them ie... HSF for a WB ) My cards are great and performance is back on top for me .
