I sent my MSI P67A-GD80 B3 motherboard in for repair and they sent me a brand new one as a replacement. This board comes with a full 3 year warranty and as all MSI products warranty is serial based so it will transfers too the new owner. When this was sent out for warranty repair I bought another P67 motherboard because I didn't want to use my laptop for 2 weeks ..

Both are like new with box, manual, and all hardware including fan clips. Also have all updated hardware including 1156/1155 socket. Sold off other hardware now these need to go.
