Vista has one of the worst EULA's around....guys...dont be fooled...if you are going to upgrade your MOBO or other things you are toast according to the EULA....overclocking??? Hmm......all sorts of potential problems if you are trying to run High Def stuff (from what I read a few days ago from spoon muffins link....you can OC but if you get outside of some 'parameters' digital content may not be playable)....

There is alot of info on the web on this but I am sure we will all have the straight scoop once the software hits the shelves (brick and mortar/virtual) and someone can get a good read on them.
