Your CPU is bottlenecking very hard. If you can, get opty 146/148 or 165.

I'm not a fan of Opteron's though. I would rather buy an X2.

well when i had my 3800+ i was at 700/15xx and i was scoring just over 10000 so im not too sure if thats about par

i just ran it at 695/774 and cpu at 2.37 and got a 10660

how come i only get 8650 on 3DMARK05 when i have a X1900GT? is it because its Rev.2 or is it because i dont have enough ram or is it my 3800+X2 cpu? i would really like to know because its pissing me off!!!!!!

Your card doesnt have voltage adjustments. Without pushing my voltage forward, my card wouldnt overclock at all(maybe 25Mhz on core).

There's nothing you can do.

are you running Catalyst control center? If so make sure your 3d settings are set to performance. I just ran 3d05 twice once w/ settings to high quality and scored 8600 and once set to performance and scored 10,300. Same cpu settings on my opty 170 (2.9ghz). Also my rev 2 seems to oc fairly well, 675 core, 800 mem. Also try to kill any background apps as well.

hey thats cheating you should leave every thing on stock settings in the catalyst.

its not technically cheating seeing how its a driver setting. same thing can be done in the nvcp. if you are going for a score based on fps does image quality really matter?
