The new mini-ITX form-factor lineup also includes the PC-Q09FN, a model we overlooked in our news coverage of the Lian Li booth. Unlike the PC-Q12, the PC-Q09FN features a shoe-box design, measuring 296 x 135 x 190 mm. Also unlike the PC-Q12, it features room for a slim optical disc drive (such as a slim Blu-ray writer), and a 3.5-inch drive. Apart from these, the PC-Q09FN features three 2.5-inch drive bays, one 120 mm fan to ventilate it from the side, and front-panel connectivity that includes two USB 3.0 ports.

I just noticed that it says "Mini-ATX" in the picture. Is there a significant difference between that and "Mini-ITX", or are the names interchangeable?

One has space for an expansion slot and one does not (meaning its just the size of the I/O shield)

From wikipedia:

Mini-ATX AOpen 2005 5.9 × 5.9 in 150 × 150 mm
Mini-ATX is slightly smaller than Micro-ITX. Mini-ATX motherboards were design with MoDT (Mobile on Desktop Technology) which adapt mobile CPU for lower power requirement, less heat generation and better application capability.

Mini-ITX VIA 2001 6.7 × 6.7 in 170 × 170 mm max.
A small, highly-integrated form factor, designed for small devices such as thin clients and set-top boxes.
