I got my Cooler Master 212+ for $29.99 CDN local from a shop and I have to say it's the best $30 cooler I've ever seen. I'm no extreme OC'r but the 4 cooper heatpipe cooler does the job. What I really like is the fact the included 120mm fan is a 4-pin PWM fan and they include a bracket to mount dual fans. The other cooler they had there was a Corsair A50, 4 cooper heatpipe and single 120mm fan. It was like $10 more (at the time, in store) but the fan wasn't a PWM fan to my surprise. My CM is really quiet at 800RPM idle. Love the cooler and would buy it again. I've had it for a year and it's still working great.
