Asap!!! Sd card problems--->gave up

MY SD CARD DIED FOR MY PHONE WTF????

I LOST SO MANY PICS NOW INCLUDING SOME OF MY MOM SMILING IN A WAY SHE HAS NEVER SMILED BEFORE.... and all kinds of good pics I havent gotten to backup or upload yet.... music I can transfer over again really quick... but not those pics...

know of any recovery software? please post it...

my phone wont format it.... windows wont se it in any of the computers I have.... I cant format it using them either...

btw you connect the phone and it doesnt appear or using card reader
have you tried using card reader to check it?

Card reader....not even detecting

Try to go to one of the local stores for your phone (Verizon, AT&T, etc...) to see if they can recover the data from the card.

I discussed recovering data from a phone with a Verizon rep a while back and they said they had some equipment available in their stores that may be able to do this (dependent on the damage on the card or phone I would imagine). I didn't need the service at the time, was just asking about a what-if scenario....

yah windows was unable to see it..

my phone had trouble with it as well and I reformatted twice from phone and now my phone reads it...

however I was able to recover some of the pics from an adobe online backup as well as some facebook uploads and some other backups I made from airdroid....

I have a 60% recovery rate for my data thus far and I'm trying to find more of the other stuff... sucks becuase I have to re-encode all my 1.2GB of YT vids again!! grrrrr and I also gotta hunt-n-peck which ones I actually had on there....

I'm transferring using phone's USB to eliminate card reader errors..... I'll see how long this card lasts....

If not I'll run to radio shack to get another SD card...

this sucks becuase I've never lost data like this before...
