I want to start messing around with virtual machines. What is a good Virtual Machine software? That is also free.

I think Virtual Box is pretty much the standard for free virtual machines.

okay thank you. Thats what I was looking for. Going ot have to enable virtualization on my CPU. It won't make my system unstable with virtualization right?

Im also a fan of virtual box.
vmware is also good and used it for sometimes but I'm more familiar with virtual box.

Try not to have too many hypervisors installed, as it may create conflicts and wonky networking issues with certain applications.
