AOC has today launched the i2757Fm, a 27-inch monitor with an IPS panel that comes with MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) support enabling a direct connection with an MHL compatible smartphone or tablet PC. This allows users to quickly (and easily) see their phone/tablet content (websites, documents, photos, up to 1080p videos) on a larger screen.

AOC's monitor has LED backlighting, a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 5 ms response time, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio (dynamic contrast: 20,000,000:1), one D-Sub input, two HDMI ports, on e USB connector, and integrated speakers.

The i2757Fm (aka myPlay) has a recommended price tag of 289 Euro.

I like the looks and that bezel is a win, BUT 1080p 27"!?!?? that makes this monitor a fail.

Interesting that you think that's a fail? I think it's great!! I also agree that the monitor looks very nice as far as build quality goes.:toast:

please, not the same comments for the love of God!!

These would be great for Eyefinity or Surround but the lack of VESA mounts makes it a no buy.

The price is right, and the looks and style of it is amazing, but why in gods name is a 27" monitor set to 1080 . . . that's a serious bonehead move AOC!

I like AOC, I have owned 3 of their monitors in the last 4 years, and I have one dedicated to LAN's that I take with me, and it works flawlessly, but I just can't forgive the low resolution on a 27" monitor especially on an IPS panel!:shadedshu

WOWOWOWOW, that has to be one of the best looking monitors I have seen.

Sure, it's a shame about the fairly low 1080p resolution on a 27" IPS panel. But when considering the price and the sheer sexiness of this monitor, I can forgive that. Plus, at least IMO, I don't need a larger resolution any time soon.

I would preffer that the lower edge to be glossy black to be honest...
