Please Help with Servers build

So a friend of mind asked me to come up with something for him. He asked me to come up with 3 custom PC builds for him that he can sell to his clients. I was fine with that, I have done PC's before. Well, he liked it so much that he asked me to do the same again, but this time with servers. He was 3 sample server buildouts he can market. With low, medium and high end buildouts. I thought, no biggie, how much different could it be. Well, after hours on google, I have found out how little I know about servers. So I thought I would reach out to a knowledgeable community such as this. Anyone think they can help me......
