I'll stick with CM Elite 120 Advanced. cheaper and looks better, no PSU though.

Well, considering that the SFX PSU in that enclosure is either a Golden Tiger Electronic or a Seventeam (less likely), you're much better off without it.

well ... if i want to be hindered by the psu for the cpu heatsink height i go CM Elite 120 but i tend to prefer Fractal Design Node 304 for a ITX build better finishing (the interior i mean) the outside look also better, ATX PSU, 2x 92mm front 1x 140mm back and a 3 fan controller integrated, HD audio front and USB 3.0, place for 6 SSD/HDD and also for big GPU if removing one SSD/HDD rack.

the only cons is : no optical bay in front but, Heck i use a external dvd writer even for my HAF-XB

Spire, powered by innovation? aherm ... that only my personal opinion but it look like a barebone from the early 2xxx without the component inside.
