Gigabyte UP5TH + i7 3770K
3 months old, always properly cooled, never overvolted. Temps never above 65C on the CPU and that was only for seconds while benching maybe a hand full of times. Daily OC 4.0GHZ at 1.2V under Thermaltake Water 2.0 Pro with fans in push/pull as pictured, temps idle 30C Max while using the PC 45C fully loaded. YMMV

What location, I usually avoid international unless necessary because shipping is always killer, if you want to pay the shipping fees I can do it. It is not delidded, I was going to do that as I think this chip has a lot more in it. I have seen guys on HWBOT have to put almost 1.7V to get up to 5.2GHZ on these chips.

Only CPU actually. And I don't need the heat sink. If you can flat pack the CPU with the outer box, that's enough for me. Location is 560001, India.

See the image I just attached. 1.4V for 5GHZ was enough for benching, I never tried stress testing it.

Do you have heatware or any other feedback?

Looks like about $40 for priority mail international, for just the box and CPU.
