Cooler Master, a leading PC technology brand has tested its entire range of high-performance CPU cooling solutions and is proud to announce full support for AMDs upcoming FX9590 and FX9370 high-end processors. "All our high-end coolers are designed and built with headroom to support overclocking. We want our customers to get the most out of their system, and many of our coolers can actually handle even significantly higher thermal loads - so there is still some room to tweak the latest FX processors, especially with our liquid cooling units" said Sascha Krohn- Technical Marketing Manager at Cooler Master .

Cooler Master is a leader in the PC cooling industry selling a wide range of CPU coolers ranging all the way from the incredibly popular Hyper 212 mainstream series, to high-end TPC Tower coolers equipped with vapor chambers and our Eisberg liquid cooling units - the only modular and expandable pre-filled LCS on the market.

I'll admit, you (not you Sin, you're awesome pussom) gotta be a pretty retarded enthusiast to make a mistake twice and use the FX9590 with something like a stock cooler
"duhhh i need some certified coolers or else i'm in such trouble..."

There will always be one person who tries to use a CPU without a cooler because it didn't come with one. Heard about someone running their i7 980X for a week without one before it blew up.

Cooler Master was the first to receive a suit from Asetek. I assume that they settled as I haven't heard about a trial or an injunction.

Based on FX-8350 overclocking to 4.8+ GHz. it's likely that most of the top 10 HSFs will be just fine with the FX-9590. With H2O cooling you'll probably want the Swiftech H220 or better. None of the Corsair H-series is a good choice based on thermal capacity. The latest Corsair "i" models are only a tiny be better than the previous H series.

Seems odd that cooler manufacturers don't (or very rarely) give an average watt disspipation figure for their products.

My first infraction at TPU was from calling a person an idiot for frying their 3930k because they didn't know that they needed to put a cooler on it because skt2011 CPUs don't come with a cooler. :nutkick:

His CPU took a lot less time than a week before it blew up. :p

...now all coolermaster have to do is throw in a cool adjective and price them from $250 to $500 a piece and they'll have perfect synergy with the processors
