Antec Inc., a global leader in high-performance computer enclosures, power supplies, and mobile accessories today announces the P100, a case engineered for quiet computing.

The P100 is an ATX case that epitomizes cool, quiet, and sophistication. It features Antec's award-winning Performance One series design and Quiet Computing technologies that minimize system noise. They're similar, but they aren't the same:

  • The front ports and switches are laid out differently.
  • The P100 has two 5.25" bays and seven 3.5"/2.5"; the P280 has three 5.25" and six 3.5"/2.5".
  • The P100 has a simpler motherboard tray.
  • The P100 supports ATX motherboards (7 expansion slots); the P280 supports XL-ATX (9 slots).
  • The P280 has a 4-fan power hub on the top-back; the P100 doesn't.

Looks exactly like P280 *yawn*

Loving my P280, better than most Christmas trees out there.

Always liked the Antec Performance One cases, no bullshit and a slik look.

Man that front door reminds me of the paper thin plastic Thermaltake cases. Sure hope Antec isn't going that route. They've always had good study quality cases for years. I never use them for my own builds but for other people I've used them quite often.

I really don't see the need for removable HDD cages on this case. The case supports the longest GFX cards ever made (AMD 7990) with the cage installed? So what benefit would come from removing the front HDD cage?
