Leef Technology LTD. (Leef) today announced Leef Bridge 3.0, the first USB 3.0 flash drive for file sharing between Android phones and tablets, Macs and PCs. Leef Bridge 3.0 will make its U.S. debut on January 19 at select RadioShack stores nationwide as a retail exclusive for 60 days. Leef Bridge 3.0 is designed using USB 3.0 technology to deliver file transfer speeds up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 devices.

"We're excited about the way the RadioShack team has embraced Leef Bridge 3.0," said Jonny Anderson, partner and director of product design at Leef. "As one of the largest retailers of Android phones in North America, we believe the RadioShack team is uniquely positioned to demonstrate how easy it is to transfer files from an Android phone to another device with no cable, cloud service, Wi-Fi or data connection needed. Leef Bridge 3.0 is so simple it's beautiful."

Leef Bridge 3.0 features both a micro USB connector and full-size USB connector that access the same memory so users can share content, photos, videos, music and documents to and from any compatible device. In addition, Leef Bridge 3.0 is capable of read times up to 90 MB per second, and ensures slick video and music playback directly from the USB drive, without the interruptions or delays that accompany low-grade USB flash drive products.

"We are always looking for new products that can enrich our customers' connected lives, so it is exciting to be able to exclusively introduce Leef Bridge 3.0," said Paul Rutenis, chief merchandising officer at RadioShack. "We anticipate RadioShack customers will love how this product blends functionality, design and speed to simplify their mobile file transfer needs."

In addition to increased performance, Leef Bridge 3.0 boasts a significantly smaller, more compact design than its predecessor. The device maintains Bridge's signature exposed slide-and-lock tray design, which enables users to easily switch to the USB connector appropriate for device connection.

Leef Bridge 3.0 is currently compatible with mobile devices operating Android Jelly Bean OS 4.1 or higher and a micro USB On-The-Go (OTG) connector. To transfer files, users can use the built-in file management system in their Android devices or download Metago's free ASTRO File Manager app from Google Play.

Leef's first Bridge device was reviewed in June by The New York Times, Gizmodo, Ubergizmo and hundreds of reviewers worldwide. Leef Bridge 3.0 is the newest member of Leef's family of innovative, beautifully designed products, and represents Leef's continued dedication to mobile technology.

Availability and Pricing
Leef Bridge 3.0 will be available for purchase for a Manufacturer Recommended Retail Price of $19.99 for the 16 GB model, $34.99 for the 32 GB model and $69.99 for the 64 GB model. For more information, visit www.2leef.com/bridge3.

I'd guess answer is no, either micro USB or full sized USB connector can be used at a time. One of the connectors gets revealed by sliding a cover.

most of the time theres only one usb flash controller inside and the route the connector to the ouside to both ports which means if you connect both at the same time its like using two usb devices on one connector (host) that won't work and can damage your devices..

it's also unlikely that such a product exist as having an usb extender cable that plugs to the "hard"-usb stick would only give people the idear to stick their phones without any flexible cable in between to their usb port..... snap... mico usb on the phone broken or the usb port from weight or forfully by the user.

Where does it state the write speed?
