Seagate 600 RAID0 low 4k write performance

Hi, I have a 4770k at stock speeds on a z87i-deluxe, and two Seagate 600 240gb ssds on the intel sata ports with a 128kb stripe. I've made sure to enable write caching and turn off windows write-cache buffer flushing. However, my 4k write speeds aren't faster than a single drive. I also have all the latest drivers installed. Any ideas?

try a 64k stripe, tweaktown appears to have set up that way. The link below shows 398MB/s writes

yup use a 64K stripe.

I've switched to a 64kb stripe and other than lowering latency slightly (could be within margin of error) it did nothing.

you may need to update your motherboard bios

Make sure you have all the PCIe power management features turned off.
