PC-Cooling-owned brand Cooltek is today releasing a new PC chassis, a midi-tower model called UMX2. Pictured below, this steel/aluminum-constructed case measures 445 x 200 x 421 mm and features four front-facing USB ports (two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0), one slim 5.25-inch optical drive slot, three 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drive bays, and three pre-installed 120 mm fans (one on top and two on the bottom).

Cooltek's creation has seven PCI slots and supports ATX, micro ATX and mini ITX motherboards, as well as graphics cards up to 280 mm long. The UMX2 is priced at 169.90 Euro.

Looks like my TJ07 but smoother, and probably can't fit a 480.1 rad in it.

Having intake fans at the bottom makes no sense unless you also have a rotated motherboard tray, like the Silverstone FT02. With the motherboard in its usual orientation, a lot of the airflow will be blocked.

Just saw Notons' good catch... here's what I was thinking.

At first I thought a case design/shapes aesthetically, not bad, although it exudes the days of "Mac austerity" and anymore not all that in vogue. It might be a little blank & black for me. Could be used as blank-slate for engraving, or something to make it pop!

The use of a slot load slim optical drive helps overall height, however with the open bottom it’s still tall like any mid-tower… IDK. Like that in some ways all the air feeds from underneath, while as another commented it might be blocked by larger video cards, but might be okay if you go with an AIO CPU cooler, while only 80mm rear fans! Then where do they mount the PSU… Lower front? That appears it would pull air from inside the case and then force it out the bottom meaning it regurgitates it! While I’d really would like to see a review and some more nice (lighting/contrast) pictures, at $200 USD it doesn't make the budget.

Wait for the next edition of the Silverstone Raven and Fortress- the early shots of the 5th versions really blow the latest offerings out of the water ;)

That is one pretty case. But one would have to see a full review to see how it holds hardware. Also no real mentioning of cable management, might not have a window but it does make a difference to airflow.

This is a Jonsbo Case, from the same company as some other models from Cooltek.
