970 would be a better choice IMO. Unless the cost is seriously higher for the 970, but I'm fairly certain that they are in about the same range price wise.

I would say the 780 Does have the Built in Water coolingoption, which IS nice to have I guess, I cannot speak for it's quality as a H2O cooler, But it is Asus ROG, So I'd have reasonable expectations that it would be decent.
