I'm looking in to new cooling because the original cooling is obviously not that great but i have no idea which is the best cooling. I am looking for a cooler for about $50. So what would be a good cooler for that price range?

Specs:
-CPU: AMD FX 8350
-GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB GDDR5
-Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
-RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GBx2 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Blue
-Case: APEVIA X-Sniper X-SNIPER2-GN Black Steel ATX Mid Tower

Thank you in advance!

Edit: I've been browsing through some of these responses and came to find these:

What are your thoughts on that?

Try to see if you can also get a small fan for the VRM heatsink for that motherboard. Mine ran a tad warm with my FX-6300 and surely that 8350 will make more heat.

Are you having problems keeping your CPU cool? Have you added extra fans to that case? It only comes with one 120 mm fan, which is not enough. If you are going to upgrade the CPU cooler, get one with (at least) 120 mm fan(s).
This often comes on sale: Phanteks PH-TC12DX Newegg
Most everyone is going to recommend this, because it just works. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
I'd tell you to just go get that Reeven Ouranos that he has for $40, but I'm a little concerned about clearance in your case. I can not find a listed max height for a cooler in your case. At 161 mm, you certainly won't be able to have fans on the side of the case.

If you are not planning on overclocking, and basic aftermarket cooler will suffice. These chips actually run pretty cool when at stock clocks. It is when you overclock them that heat and power consumption goes up in a hurry.
