Question about Strix 980 Ti noise from video clip.

Hello.I need one thing.

Here is upload:

I want to know. From start 0:00 is fans of the card on or off? Thank you for help. I need to know.
Just before when coil whine starts. From 0:00 to 0:13 .
I mean when clip is starting at 0:00. Is fans or off?

Thats all, nothing more.

They sound like they are spinning when the video starts .... ?

The LED comes on just after the video starts... If its getting power for the LED it should be for the fans as well.

Not sure how that will help though.

@litwicki24 That card doesn't even turn the fans on until the GPU hits 60 degrees so if the guy is watching movies or doing some light gaming then the fans won't even come on. From the review here

We can only guess if the fans were running from the beginning or not. Maybe email the guy who uploaded the video or ask in the comment section below the video to find out for sure.

@litwicki24 If I were to guess I would guess that the GPU fans were spinning but it's just a guess. The sound could be the PSU and CPU fans and case fans running. The guy that made the video knows. Ask him.
