I remember increasing CAS Latency by 1 to make my 2400mhz kit to work on 1st boot, i know we're different but i thought it might help you.

Have you tried putting in 2 sticks and going into the bios and manually setting to 1333? Thats how I had to do mine. I put 2 in and set to 1333 then added the other 2 and booted it. All was good then I bumped it to 1600. That's as far as it would go before not booting. But I could always get into the bios it would just give me some kind of ocing error on the mem and default back to 1333. Could be that board just doesn't like that memory. I am running Gskill 1866 snipers.

Also looking at the specs of your mem, the jdec spd is 1333 at 1.5v. So that's where I would start.

Here is a shot of my settings.

I haven't been able to get into the bios yet with the 2400 sticks. However, I will have to try again with a bit more tweaking.

The OP should have picked up memory that's actually on the QVL for his motherboard. This board does support some 2400Mhz DIMMs, but only up to 2 DIMMS however, what he has aren't on that list.

Yes, I know. A lot of the memory on that list can't be found in shops anymore. However, I just picked up these sticks on a whim as they were a good deal. Didn't think I wouldn't be even unable to go into bios with them. Was prepared to have them running downclocked. :)

seams i was wrong i am running at 1600 not 1866 but i did have it at 1866 with similar timings, I now recall that ive been running a folding client in a ramdrive on it (which eventually (2mnths in) failed}and i reduced speeds to investigate an issue, its ended up being a gpu slot issue though, but i digress.
ill post this screany anyway and go offline and report my bios settings(ill be on phone)

is it me or has pic uploads broke

Right so adjustment of mem ok on my board its under the tools list where the flash utility and bios profile save are, and you can adjust how it starts when the button is pressed.
Ill try and post a phone pic of it and my timings 1 min.

thats how mines setup for 32Gb at 1600 but like i said i used the exact same timings at 1866 stable

Nb volts and CpuNb volts matter a lot though with memory clocks, my Nb at 1.3V gets me some stick as does 1.4V(actually the default on this board and bios unusually) on the CPuNb but mines stable, my northbridge wanted 1.32 to run a Phenom 11 T960 stock so i think im safe.

I will have a look at this in the morning when my mind is sharper. I'm excited at the idea this might work! Also excited about tinkering with my set up some more!
