Looking for PSU that have good airflow and high operating temperature

Specs:
MB : H61 ITX
CPU : i5 3450
GPU : GTX 970 w/ hercules x2 cooler
Cooler : NZXT Kraken X31
PSU : Muscle Power Thor 760 (a rebrand of seasonic X series 760)
Case : Silverstone SG13B-Q
Storage : SSD

SFF case is pain in the ass to build, but extremely satisfying especially during LAN parties. This is my dream case; I love it even though it does have heat issue so I'm politely asking not to suggest "get another case" solution.

All temperature mentioned below are in celcius. Seasonic X series has this feature that turned off fan completely during "idle".

Vents are just on sides and top of case. Kraken x31 on intake, blowing hot air into the case, and PSU supposedly suck it off the case. The problem is the PSU fan DOES NOT SPIN. During gaming (around 4 hours), ambient temperature reached 60, CPU reached 67, GPU reached 84. Again, PSU fan didn't spin.

Removed the case cover and its significantly helps temperature to drop around 10-15 degree ambient. Replaced the PSU once, still Fan does not spin, meaning this is not a fan failure.

I don't know what sensor and scenario seasonic use to make the fan spin. Load wise, my highest load should be 2/3 of PSU max capacity. Temperature wise, well... I don't know, ambient was around 60 and fan still not spinning. I need to find another PSU, here is what I need :

1. Fully Modular (full modular was a tight fit, semi modular is nightmare build, non-modular simply impossible)
2. Have high operating temperature
3. Constantly spinning fan, I don't mind the noise
4. Bronze efficiency minimum
5. 140mm max length (important! mine is around 150mm and it blocks the ssd bracket, thankfully there is another SSD placement)
6. No rosewill, they're not available in local store
7. Min 500 watt

ps: I know 760 watt is overkill, the only reason I chose it was due to limited stock and choices in local store.

Thanks :)

That Muscle Power Thor; if it is in fact a rebrand of the Seasonic X series power supply will not spin the fan unless it needs it due to being hot. If the fan isn't spinning then I would guess the power supply isn't getting hot enough to call for fan spin.

I have a Seasonic X series 750 watt and the fan rarely ever spins.

If I'm looking for quiet case, I'd be very happy right now with this PSU.
The only way hot air leaves the case is through PSU and X series not doing its job. I bought it knowing this feature but didn't expect they have high temperature standard until the fan spin. The ambient reached 60 and it will damage other components in prolonged use
Also, 760 is older batch of X series, don't know if it different with newer 750

Psu is doing its job as its supposed to .
The fact that its not reaching a temp where the fan kicks in and then vents your case is not a failure of the PSU.
If you want to lower internal case temps then your need to improve the case ventilation.
Its that simple

this, *1000. Your PSU is not meant to remove heat from the case

During gaming (around 4 hours), ambient temperature reached 60, CPU reached 67, GPU reached 84

Those temps, while a little on the high side, are not going to hurt anything

There is no other way to improve case ventilation in my case. No fan slots, no rear vents/holes. The only way to improve it ventilation is by modding which is far from simple than replacing current PSU.
My PSU is doing perfectly fine as PSU, it just doesn't do well in my case. I just need another one which fan spin constantly.
I understand perfectly that PSU is not for exhaust, but most SFF cases rely on PSU to suck hot air.

you know, you could reverse the fan on your Kraken so it's pulling hot air out of the case. Not the ideal solution, but neither is your case.

@BarbaricSoul
Thank you for your suggestion. But unfortunately, it is not possible because the front on SG13B-Q is a solid frame. It might be do-able for non-Q version. I have asked this to fellow SG13B owners and wait for their responses.

@dorsetknob
Maybe this might be more appropriate. Strap it to the back of PSU, point the exhaust to the side
I search every corner of electronic store around my place for that, none are selling it. Ebay charging ridiculous shipping fee to my country. And yes, this has the potential to improve my ventilation. Thanks

Anyway, back to PSU, between Seasonic S12II Evo, Seasonic G series which one the most preferrable ?

I have a 2600K crunching 24/7 with a X31 and it never gets into the 50's.
Kraken x31 on intake
That's really not an intake, it's just mounted to the front of the case, right?
Seasonic S12II Evo, Seasonic G
IMHO they're basically the same, with the "G" being the quieter/modular one.
There is no other way to improve case ventilation in my case.
Is it possible to put a thin 120mm fan on the left side? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ..._re=thin_120mm_fan-_-9SIA6J135X0558-_-Product

Yes, mounted on front I mean
I have similar slim fan (mine is 120mm fan with 13mm thick), it does not fit the side unfortunately. Too tight, and those cables from M/B always gets in the way. It is, however, possible if mounted just outside the case, which will look ugly and require some mod :(
At least this slim fan fits on the other side with the gpu for additional gpu cooling

Does that case come with an adapter for a SFX PSU?

Your answer is to get a PSU with a (much) lower capacity, which should solve both of your problems. The fan will spin up and the PSU will be physically smaller so it will fit better. The Seasonic S12G-450 is L 140 x W150 x H86 mm

Edit: That's not a modular PSU.

Edit2: Modular adds 20mm to all of the PSU's that I looked at.:(
No, and unfortunately, no local distributor offers SFX psu, even from silverstone :(
Sure seems like the Silverstone SX500-LG (which includes the ATX to SFX bracket) would be perfect....125mm x 130mm x 62mm

I'll ask local distributor. Usually, only seasonic and corsair stuff widely available.
