NVIDIA beat AMD to being the first with a WHQL-signed graphics driver Vulkan API support. The new GeForce 364.47 WHQL drivers include support for the new low-overhead API that gives game developers greater access to hardware features, and saps lower CPU overhead. The drivers are also game-ready for "Tom Clancy's The Division," the 2016 reboots of "Hitman," and "Need for Speed," and "Ashes of the Singularity." Grab the drivers from the links below.

Ashes of Singularity...... really?

Got a funny feeling AMD will still be better on that front.

Might download these for the Division, in case I buy it.

seems that NVIDIA has prepared for these games too early as NFS is exactly 1 week away. Well, downloaded it & secured my PO for NFS.

I guess I was lucky for just downloading them, but then I had to go somewhere and didn't install them. Now I feel like holding off. System BSOD-ing means I'll lose my 100GB SSD cache due to failsafe and that just sucks.

If you have multi-monitor setup better to ignore this driver. Your windows will not start anymore in worst case scenario.
Best thing is unplug the rest of the monitors and boot with one with dvi cable.

Thanks for the tip regarding multi monitor. This stupid driver forces Windows 10 into a boot-loop without showing a proper loading screen, just flickering and then reboot again straight into recovery.

What a mess, this is a new low. I expected better from Nvidia.

Sometimes Windows can catch an unresponsive display driver, unload it, re-load it, and everything's fine (no BSOD). From Reddit though, it looks like issues are much more serious.

But it also seems like people got clean installs to work? Maybe it's just a problem with the Nvidia installer, and not the driver itself.

When I installed this driver, I got TDR BSOD, then permanent loop of display corruption and BSOD when Windows was starting... had to safe mode, install older driver, then install the previous "GoW:UE" driver... I'll be skipping this one now.

Being I can't test these drivers because my puter sploded today, is there any actual issues people have been noticing with them?

EDIT: I need to read. Multimonitor issues just above me, lol!

Decided to install them anyway because why not :D

That's what I always do too. It's seriously messing with me that this dumb card I got today wrecked my PCIe ports so I can't experience all the bugs with my friends. :D

If one happen to have a multi-monitor setup, just unplug all but one prior to installing this driver. After everything is working and Windows booted correctly the remaining displays can be plugged in again.

Even if an Install messed up, unplugging every display but one and rebooting helps recovering Windows. No need to do a full recovery nor sweeping the drivers.
