[WTB][US] Cheap GPU $10 or less

Looking for a dirt cheap GPU $10 or less. Can be AMD or Nvidia. Just simply needs to be PCI-E with a VGA and DVI port. this is purely for display proposes for my mom's old Core 2 duo computer. Must be powerful enough to run facebook.

Correct, the board doesn't have onboard. Its an ASUS 750i SLI board.

dunno if it fits your needs, but i have a HD7570, or close from a Dell optiplex 7010SFF. it doesnt require power, it DOES have 3 types of video out, not sure if one is vga out, i THINK its hdmi, DP, and DVI, but i could be wrong. if that doesnt matter just reply to this, if it Does, just ignore it.
