Those precisions are good up to 35C ambient, what sort of hellscape are you trying to use it in that you think you need water cooling?

There is no easy way to add watercooling. There is no room in that case to accept it without heavy modification. If you are having temperature issues my assumption is the heatsink are clogged with dust.

i would do some improvement before considering water cooling it
what about the air flow? i agree you should check and clean some dust that may affect your cooler performance, use better thermal paste
you can try to lap the base of your cooler to give better heat transfer from your processor to your heatsink

btw what about your ambient temp?

max temps?
idle temps?

full specs? also region or location,

watercooling that rig could be pretty complicated, is better to clean and try out for better temps, also replace with high performance thermal compounds and give the last chance to the current coolers...
another option could be Coolermaster's hyper 212 EVO lad...

Regards,

With the way the case is setup those would perform worse than dells oem cooling solution.

Open it up and remove the air ducting over the CPU's, then you should be able to measure the fan mounting areas front and back to see if a 120mm Radiator will install either end. Personally I would Mod the case for top mount radiators.

explanation needed...

Dell already uses large tower coolers with ducting to pump cool air across hyper212s won't change any of that.

i have replaced stock dell coolers with aftermarket sulutions that have improved temps....
the op get the wrong computer? we dont know if the computer was a gift from parents... or gotten on a hot deal or the most common error with big brands, newbie people prefers big brands like dell or HP for example because of warranty and quality, then they realize that it was better to build the computer by their own..

Down firing dell coolers are great upgrades going to better coolers. This doesn't have those this has heatpipe tower coolers.

The only xps with a decent cooler is the special edition the rest use essentially the Intel box cooler with a better fan
