I'm looking to buy a new pc, and I found this quite good.

Would this pc be able to run new games?

pc all around is good
gaming is great and pc can be later upgraded as well.

check the warranty i would say
normally 1 year with cyberpower and 2more with the manufacturer (ex: MSI, INTEL..)

if 3 years with cyberpower good.

only shopping can save money but if something blow, you lose the tower for long time.
The price is good i guest, for an prebuild system.

970gtx can run everything at 1080p :toast:

6700k, Z170 and GTX970...definitely looks like a good prebuilt. It might be in your best interest to wait a few weeks for the new video cards to hit the retail channels, as they should push the price of the 970 down a bit, or even get a 1070 for just a little more.

The standard warranty is this: 3 Year Labour, 2 Year Parts, 1 Month Collect and Return plus Life-Time Technical Support

Also, I'm planning to buy this pc after summer, so it would be great if the price dropped a bit.
I was thinking that I should upgrade the 8GB ram to 16GB. Would 2x8 be better or 4x4?

2 x 8gig is better than 4 x 4gig
with 2 x 8gig it will allow you to "upgrade later" as you would have 2 slots empty.

1) Wait till the GTX1070 is available at least. Doesnt matter if you stick with the 970 or go 1070, it will get the prices moving.
2) The less RAM sticks the better. 2x 8GB can be further upgradet in future if needed and reduces the amount of potential failures.
3) The 6700K isn't really needed for pure gaming, a 6600K will also work fine giving you a greater budget for a better GPU (1070), a better PSU or a 250GB SSD (128GB is full pretty fast nowdays). The PSU in that build is barely acceptable in my book - 650W is more than enough, its the model ... .

atually 4x4 is great configuration,

i general the computer is great, i rather to build it by my own, but that one is great...

Until you need to upgrade the memory. Then you have to remove 2 or 4 DIMMs and replace them with higher-capacity modules. Better to start off with 2 open slots.

1. The equivalent of $1208 USD is not exactly a good deal for such spec

2. You're gaining warranty coverage only on one or two parts that are either cheap (DVD drive) or not prone to fail (case). When building with retail box parts, it's common to get 3yr Warranty/RMA coverage on CPU, MB, PSU, HDD , GPU, (often 5 yrs for HDD and PSU) and most decent RAM has a lifetime warranty. Plus many cases now come with 2 yr or more.

Trust me, you pay for the convenience, and the worst way you pay for it is not getting to know your PC. It's always better to learn yourself. Like the old scripture, you can feed yourself for a lifetime by learning, or eat for one day.

Just take a look at a few comprehensive gaming PC build tutorial videos. Newegg has a pretty good set of vids that covers both AMD and Intel systems, as well as how to install drivers, OS, and configuring.

Trust me, the latter (software) part of that is invaluable, and something you'll need to know anyway, even with a prebuilt.

It's not so much whether it's better, but by how much and at what price on reference models. Plus whether it has any glaring tradeoffs, like the 970's split memory.
