This may sound silly but I can't get pre-recording to work.
I've bounded my pre-record key and my normal recording key and set it to buffer in RAM.
I see this BUF overlay with spinning dots and hitting pre-record stops it but nothing saves.
Hitting record saves and records as expected.
I've tried hitting pre-recording then I can see it stop rotating the dots but after I hit record nothing seems to save then either.
How does pre-recording work?
I've done google searches, surprisingly hard to find.
