ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of highperformance DRAM modules and NAND Flash products, today launched the AI910 Lightning Card Reader Plus. Featuring SD and Micro SD slots with support for up to 256GB capacity, the AI910 is a "three-way" device, allowing users to backup, read, and share content across iOS, Android, and Windows. The proprietary ADATA i-Memory app enables easy data management, with support for nearly 40 file formats, Ultra HD 4K video, and files larger than 4GB. It has a Lightning connector (MFi certified) and ships with Micro USB/USB cables to ensure seamless connectivity out of the box. The AI910 is covered by a two-year warranty.

The AI910 carries Apple MFi certification, and has been designed to bridge the gap between platforms. Thanks to the inclusion of USB cables and tested compatibility, it works with iOS, Android, and Windows. Data transfer speeds through the Lightning connector to iOS devices are up to 30MB/s read and 20MB/s write. The three-way connectivity of the AI910 offers users a convenient way to read and write data across the most popular operating systems and devices available, including smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and desktops.

Free ADATA i-Memory app
Available from the Apple App Store, i-Memory offers a simple but complete way to manage content and sharing. It also works with the AI910 to ensure wide compatibility with nearly 40 document, audio, video, contact information, and image formats, including the professional RAW image extension. The AI910 also supports Ultra HD 4K video, which is made easier with the ability to transfer and share individual files larger than 4GB.

Dual card slots in a compact reader
ADATA has included SD and Micro SD slots on the AI910 to provide users with greater convenience and more choice. The two slots also increase the number of source and destination devices that can work with the AI910, not limiting consumers to one or the other. The AI910 supports SD and Micro SD cards in up to 256GB.

God these press releases are hilarious. You can FEEL the marketing drip off of the words like black ooze. They are just trying their hardest to make this thing stand out among the dozens of identical versions on amazon.

Also, who on earth needs a proprietary app for file management? Is it really that hard to drag and drop stuff, or sync stuff with itunes? It's not rocket science.
