Pulled about a month ago from my current daily system. I am the 2nd owner of this card and I doubt this card has any warranty on it. The card has a Corsair HG10 bracket installed that reuses the reference coolers fan and allowed for the mounting of the H60 on it now with a Fractal 120mm. I have the original box along with the reference cooler and screws.

It doesn't like much above stock clocks at stock voltage and I haven't played with anything beyond that. I swapped the cooler the day I got it because reference is unbearably loud.
