The services for that appear to be down
Are you logging in to your router with your default gateway IP?
To get that, run CMD and type
ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Whatever your default gateway IP is, that's what you need to type into your web browser to log into your router. It'll ask for a username and password, if it doesn't, it means you haven't hit the "Advanced" menus yet. Find the button that says setup or something and it should at least ask for that information then. You can usually find your username and password on the bottom of the router. You'll then find the setup stuff you need under the SSID tab.
EDIT: It may also be worth changing the settings in your driver on the actual workstation. Go to the Network Center > Change Adapter Settings > right-click your wireless adapter > Properties > Configure > Advanced.
You'll be presented with a list of things. Ensure your wireless is set to G/N/AC, set the power consumption to max, roaming tendency to aggressive, and turn off any power saving features. Just max out settings that aren't maxed out.
