A timed webcam capture software

So I need a software that takes webcam pictures every 10 seconds or so for the reason that my landlord keeps walking into my room without permission or notice and I really wanna document the times she walks in. Bonus points if I can use two cameras at once

I have used Open Broadcaster in the past for home based surveillance.
It took a series of shots approx 5 seconds apart and could be accessed from anywhere online for live viewing also if the computer was left on.
I haven't used it in the last couple of years though, mainly due to not caring about the little assets I have now.
